Horrible experience. Avoid

Very disappointing service. When you have a claim you are abandoned and suddenly the knowledgeable Broker knows nothing, not your coverage, not procedures, washes her hands of you. Stay Away from State Farm Insurance coverage period, especially homeowners. They do not care for their insured, particularly the elderly. All the horror stories are true...be advised and avoid at all costs. They are NOT a good neighbor.

They are very professional, and helpful

How many times have you invited your insurance agent to your birthday party? I did (redacted) years ago. I met Jori (redacted) years ago as she was getting her office setup. I told her to let me know when she was up and running as I was looking to switch. Jori of course did reach out. I signed on and never looked back. Seriously, I've never looked back. I haven't even considered switching in the (redacted) years she's been my agent (and friend). Why would I? She's everything you'd want in an insurance agent; friendly, knowledgeable, professional, easy to reach and about 100 other things. Everyone else is playing for second place because Jori is the best and has been for (redacted) years.
